After the update where we hand a level wipe, I found that I couldn't craft on the benches that I hadn't re-enabled the engrams for. Check your engrams and see if they are enabled.

8 troughs or tek fridges.. freeze meat before you drop it in the regular trough..this keeps it from spoling fast. Recomend putting it away ..cryo.. when logging.

If the death message in the tribe says you or your tribe killed it, then its likely the spiked wall, if it dint say that and just said died then ... v0v

If something attacked the spiked wall and it wasn't on passive, it may have killed itself on the spiked wall. Generally for penning up dinos, you want to use walls. Spiked walls can be placed outside ..
