Also ich have i5, 16GB DDR4 Ram and GTX 1080 and Ark on SSD.. I have on CrystalIsle with 12 Mods 60 FPS Stable on High (not Ultra).. Wildcard Good Job..

The GTX 1060 is a four year old, mid tier card back when it was released. It is your hardware. Crystal Isles is a pretty big map and as such more demanding than others.Also your crash log really seems..

I have a GTX 1060 that I keep up to date, so no, my hardware is not the problem. It's Wildcard yet again not thoroughly checking their ♥♥♥♥ for issues, as ARK was fine before the Crystal Isles..

Steam itself does this sometimes, nothing to do with the game. For me, restarting Steam and/or verifying game files of said game fixes it. (never had to actually reinstall a game due to Steam 'losing'..

Sounds like a failed patch. Steam is weird like that.Your disk space is so tight that patches can't install properly it seems.
