They are not missing. Validation is set to always get new copies of 2 files.

You have different settings for the two different games. Maybe one has single player settings while the other uses normal settings. Transfer back to TC and your 20 levels would probably be back.

Watch Phlinger Phoo (and others) do it. Phlinger has several soloing the ark series and he does it a couple of times on youtube.
