The wiki also lists the ini code you need to disable spawns. Just search for Server Configuration and Entity IDs to get what you need to make a complete no spawn list. Note, the wiki will not do this ..

if you don't have gsync or freesync then cap your fps to your monitors refresh rate and tune your settings so that your fps will always be higher than your refresh rate
