Even in PVE it's way to OP without the cost of ingots.You can kill other Magmas and even Rock Golems in seconds, the moment you can transfer Magmas out of Genesis you can easily kill Gigas and Titans ..

You can use a kill aoe command too, doesn't need a target. Cheat KillAOE Tamed 2500

s+ has the euthanizing gun that can kill dinos, But the dino needs to be at least somewhat visible, even if its the tip of the tail.

I use s+ (now ss) teleporter to move stuck dinos. Not sure exactly how the vanilla teleporter works.

The normal kill command work for tame and will dino. But it's a target command, so you would need to spectate to get through the mesh, if you can't target it.

try purple orbital drops.. you only need to get to round 7 to end the OSD defence. purple OSD give pretty OP blueprints

That works. S+ gestates anything that can't normally breed, I was assuming that mod did as well. Do the basillisks have a baby phase or are they born as adults?

Build a box with a ceiling atleast 5 walls high, breed on top, if any baby falls it will fall into the box instead of under the ground.
