OP, appreciate the effort... but seriously get rid of the SQL install dependency: it's complicated and avoidable especially for something as simple as an RCON client.

nitrado is cheap, easy to configure and seem to have good stable servers. i host 2 servers through nitrado and am happy with what i'm paying for. certainly cheaper than building a server just for one ..
