You won't find the settings already there because the settings are not vanilla. They are modded. You will have to add them to your GUS.ini file manually and only the ones you want to change.

I don’t intend on improving many dinos that Kraken has, if there is an overlap there shouldn’t be any major issues, just one of the mods won’t change the dino.
