For sure, I've fought with this as well. I'm not in a spot where I could give any examples at the moment.. but you might look at using either a CCA/Singleton to manage the buff applications at runtime..

I'll try to do some things a little differently, the crash I got was always that the world was still being referenced on end play, or something along those lines.

Ok, just tested it in SP with my dedicated server settings - I would recommend that the damage done when flying have a slight burn effect as well for some extra fire rodan funJust my 2 cents :P

You can check the description for what has been changed, there is no ini configutation needed for this one, it is a flat-out NPC replacement instead of an additional creature being added to spawns
