On the server, you could open console and type....cheat getallstate Buff_StorkAdopter_CThen open console again, expand it and you should see how many instances of the buff are in the world. Might help..

If you go from one bed to another it should do the same thing as dying, without the dying. It's what I had those on my cluster do and it worked.
