Yes it should as it checks the engram to see if it's valid or not. If the Engram is hidden/disabled then it shouldn't be valid and therefore not unlock.

@Troubleshot This entirely depends on the map - mod works on some of them, and on some it doesn't. It really is dependent on the way the map has built its spawners - if it uses some vanilla containers..
