@Captivity It located in "GameUserSettings.ini" in end of the file. If it didn't auto generated, you can add it manually, by using this example, if you wish.

It's a glorified storage box. It has no bonuses for spoil timers.It definitely works on singleplayer/dedicated and should on non-dedicated as well.
