This is annoying, and I'm surprised it still hasn't been fixed.

I wanted to start playing Aion again. It's been years, I left before teh housing was added. NCSoft decided to do this whole "Master" account thing, and it's just one giant clusterf-. Even with a master account, the system can't decide to use my user name or my e-mail address. Another major issue I'm having is that I cannot update my password AT ALL. It seems NCSoft can't either, as I've requested numerous password changes, and they keep giving me these 'temporary' passwords that look like giberish that don't work. Nope. Still logging on with my very old password that I want to get rid of. When I can log into my NCSoft account and select to change my password, 1 of 2 things happen. Either it says my new password is invalid (tried 3 different alphanumeric passwords that range 10-13 characters and have at least 1 capital and 1 number in each), or the page will log me out to where I have to log in again, with my old password.

I'm seriously not getting any help here. NCSoft has no live support, so doing this through automated e-mails is annoying, as I deal with multiple people and automated messages.

Why, oh God why did you all do this master account thing? My whole account is just a jumbled mess, and I still have different logins for all my games, and half the time the system won't recognize me.
