Overview
Changing Install Location (Win7)
I'm trying to install the launcher and game on my roommate's PC to her E:\ drive which is dedicated to everything but the OS. The OS is set to the SSD on C:\. She does not want to put anything else on it.
The launcher is not allowing her to change the install location. Nor will the game installation allow her to change it.
I found a thread with a similar issue via Google and there was no resolution for the problem, which ending up with that person abandoning Aion completely. We tried all the methods posted in that thread, even the regedit one (I hate messing with the registry). Some of the methods do not appear to be relevant anymore (IE there is no nclauncher.ini file anywhere for me to edit).
She really wants to play Aion again (we were beta players), and I somehow got my installation to install to my E:\ drive (our PCs are 100% identical), but for some reason her PC will not allow it.
Please assist!
