i have a couple ideas about player house(that can hopefully not take 10 years) 1. Player created housing, maybe a homebuilding skill line with different race styles. Player made housing could be instances and you could invite friends or guilders 2. Pets that stay in your home 3. Renting premade homes 4. If you don't create you can buy a premade home. 5. Specific crafting buffs inside your home 6. Home storage, only for your char, not account wide. 7. Sleeping before logging off gives you a "well rested" buff for health/stay/magicka 8. Crafting stations inside your house 9. Being able to buy decorations in certain race styles 10. Garden? 11. Multiple houses, maybe up to 3 or so. 12. Justice system can include break ins, 13 safes for above reason 14. Maybe illegal things get a warrant?

Just a couple ideas, I don't know if they are realistic for an mmo or not, also player homes are probably far away due to how much effort needs to go into it
